Fire in Garage Outlet on Charter Point Drive, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:18 p.m. Sunday to a report of a fire in a garage in the 2000 block of Charter Point Drive. Firefighters received a report that flames were coming out of an outlet in the garage of a two-family residence construction. The fire was out immediately upon arrival of firefighters. Com Ed was requested to respond to the scene.

Wheeling and Buffalo Grove firefighters assisted Arlington Heights firefighters.
