Criminal Damage: Several Mail Boxes Damaged In Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police received a report about 10:36 PM Monday of multiple cases of criminal damage to property on Carlyle Lane, Stanton Drive, and Thompson Boulevard. Several incidents of mail box damage were recently reported in Buffalo Grove.

Criminal Damage to Property/Mail Box Damaged 9:30pm on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in the 1-100 block of Carlyle Lane

 

Resident reported hearing a loud bang, while he was inside the house. When the resident checked he found a vehicle leaving the area and his neighbor's mail box detached from its post.

While checking the area following the above report, officer located another mail box that had been damaged. The resident was notified by police regarding the criminal damage. 

Criminal Damage to Property/Mail Box Damaged between 4am and 8:30am on Sunday, November 18, 2012 in the 200 block of Stanton Drive.

 

Resident reported hearing a noise early in the morning, and when he went outside later, he found that his curbside mail box had been damaged.

While taking the above report, officer noted that another mail box had been damaged. A note was left for the resident by police.

While on patrol, officer noted a curbside mail box that was damaged. A note was left for the resident.
