Elk Grove Village police reported 7:59 PM Friday that a driver on a traffic stop fled from Beisterfield Road near Route 53/I-290 in Elk Grove Village, IL Police reported they were on a traffic stop when the driver of a I -290 red Dodge Intrepid fled southbound on Route 53/I-290. Police remained stationary and did not pursue the vehicle
The driver was a male/white subject whose identity was already established by police. Area police departments were notified about the incident of fleeing and eluding.
