Village Blood Drive Friday May 3 At Senior Center At Wilke And Central, Arlington Heights
The next LifeSource Village Blood Drive will be held at the Senior Center, on Friday, May 3, 2013, from 8:00am to 12:30pm.
If May 3rd isn't convenient for you to donate, you may donate at any LifeSource Blood Center. When donating please use Code AH30.
For an appointment, please call 847-368-5762 or make an appointment online at Lifesource. LifeSource also has their health history questionnaire "DonorPass" online at www.LifeSource.org. This must completed on the day of our blood drive.
As always, eat a good breakfast, drink plenty of water, and identification will be required at registration.
