Current radar show precipitation developing near Rockford and along most of the Illinois-WIsconsin State Line.

Heavy storms are also developing near Peoria and Decatur. All storms are moving in east-northeast direction. Convection and developing storms are more likely to occur suddenly in north central Illinois, compared to eastern Iowa. The worst weather may be near a line along I-80 and I-88, and in northwest Indiana.
