House Fire On St. Mary's Parkway, Buffalo Grove
Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:21 AM Wednesday to a report of smoke in a house in the block of 500 St Mary's Parkway Buffalo Grove, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that smoke might be coming from the basement. First firefighters on the scene reported light smoking from a two-story house.
One victim transferred to an ambulance with police. No word on any transports.
No word on the extent of damage. Firefighters did not call for a working fire response (Code 4).
Arlington Heights firefighters assisted Buffalo Grove firefighters -- automatic aid.
