Unlicensed Driver Arrested After Male Driver Observed Texting While Driving, Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police responded about 9:10 AM Tuesday to observation of a motorist texting while driving at Dundee Road and Buffalo Grove Road Buffalo Grove, IL. Daniel Gutierrez, age 38, was arrested for driving without a license.

The driver was charged with driving while Sending/Reading/Composing a text message, and driving an uninsured vehicle.
