Snow Plow Hits Utility Line With Bed On Busse Rd South Of Algonquin Rd, Mount Prospect
Mount Prospect police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:38 AM Monday to a utility pole with lines downs on Busse Road just south of Algonquin Road and Busse Road Mount Prospect, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a pole a power line were down across Busse Road.
Firefighter/paramedics upon arrival were not certain if a power line was involved, and request ComEd respond.
An IDOT snow plow hit the line -- possibly with a raised bed.
At 8:50 a.m. the pole was still across the road. Busse Road is closed in both directions.
