Crash on SB Route 53 at Route 14 and Stalled School Bus at EB Palatine Rd and Arlington Heights Back Up Traffic Tuesday Morning
Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:31 AM Tuesday to a report of crash with injuries at 42.101789,-88.01706 (Southbound Route 53 near Northwest Highway Palatine, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a crash involved at least two vehicles with one vehicle in the right lane and one vehicle near the left wall.
Firefighter/paramedics did not transport any patients from that crash with medical refusals signed.
Southbound was backed up to just north of Dundee Road -- about half way to Lake Cook Road.
