Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics and Prospect Heights firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:17 AM Saturday to a report of crash with injuries at Palatine Road and Wheeling Road Wheeling, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a head-on crash occurred in the intersection. Wheeling police were first on the scene and reported no entrapment with two people injured.

At least two people were injured. One person was transported to Glenbrook Hospital.
