Residential Burglary at Apartment on Woods Drive Near Rand Rd, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:06 AM Thursday of a residential burglary in the block of 1600 Woods Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered the victim's unlocked apartment. It appears nothing was taken.
Police did not specify how the resident knew that the apartment was entered, but with a pinpointed time of 1:05 a.m., the resident either heard and/or saw the intruder or had a security camera system that pinpointed the time.
Police did not specify what exact time they responded to the burglary call or whether or not they searched the neighborhood.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 01:05 AM.
