Three Juveniles Riding on Top of Toyota Van Near Fernandez Ave and Haven Dr, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:22 p.m. Sunday of a reckless driver in the area of Fernandez Avenue and Haven Drive. Police received a report that female driver was driving a van with three juveniles on the roof of the van. The van was last seen at Haven and Noyes. The van was described as a green Toyota van.
