Attempted Kidnapping From Two Locations In Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police responded about 3:25 PM Thursday to a report of attempted kidnapping at two locations with the first location at Northwest Highway and Vail Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report of an attempted kidnapping at two locations. The first location was at Northwest Highway and Vail Avenue. The second location was at Ridge Avenue and Happfield.
The offender's vehicle was described as a bright blue GMC pickup truck with large blue barrels in the bed of the pickup truck.
The offender was described as a male/Hispanic age 30, 6'0" 250 LBS with a short beard.
The GMC pickup truck was last seen heading westbound on Happfield Drive from Ridge Avenue.
