Take the survey online at by clicking Online CIP Survey. You can also print a survey and mail it or drop it off to Village of Arlington Heights, Finance Department, 33 S. The CIP typically includes projects involving the installation, maintenance and improvement of the Village's infrastructure. Infrastructure consists of streets, storm water facilities, sanitary sewers, water mains, sidewalks, traffic signals, street lighting and Village buildings.
