Three Cars End Up in Ditch Off Route 53 in Crash on Southbound Lanes Between Rand Rd and Palatine Rd, Palatine
Illinois State Police, Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:54 PM Tuesday to a report of crash with injuries at 42.124445, -88.005034 (Route 53 and Rand Road Palatine, IL). Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that there was possible entrapment in the vehicles.
The first on arrival reported no entrapment with three vehicles into the ditch between Route 53 and West Frontage Road.
Firefighter/paramedics reported the were obtaining medical refusals from all people involved in the crash. No patients were transported by ambulance.
