Graffiti/Criminal Damage to Property at Jewel-Osco on North Vail Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:01 PM Thursday of criminal damage to property behind Jewel-Osco, 122 North Vail Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged damaged the building with spray paint.

Arlington Heights Police Department also did not report what side(s) of the building were tagged.

The cost to repair the damage was unknown at the time of the report.

The Arlington Heights Police Department did not reveal that this was a graffiti type incident, and did not give any description of the graphic message or whether gang graffiti was suspected. Multiple passersby reported the graffiti to The Cardinal, and that the graffiti occurred on a back wall.
