Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:01 AM Wednesday of a theft of garbage service at Olsen Rugs, 4 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders threw garbage in the store's dumpster which is in violation of a no dumping policy. This is an ongoing issue at this business.
