Repeat Retail Theft at Target Rand Rd and Thomas St, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:13 AM Saturday of a retail theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that two unknown offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their persons before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
Initially the offenders were only described as female/black subjects. One of the two female offenders was identified by Target Loss Prevention as having unlawfully taken merchandise from the store in the past. The offenders were last seen leaving the area in a maroon colored vehicle. The total retail value of the merchandise is under investigation at this time.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 9:12 AM.
