Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:16 PM Saturday of a theft at Ulta Beauty, 13 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that two unknown female offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their persons before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.

The first offender is described as female, approximately 30 years-old with blond hair.

The second offender is described as female, wearing a black shirt.

The total retail value of the merchandise was under investigation at the time of the police report -- pending a store inventory.
