Theft of Forgotten Purse at Holiday Inn Express on South Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:01 PM Friday of a theft at Holiday Inn Express, 2111 South Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully took money from the victim's forgotten purse after the victim accidentally left her purse unattended in the hotel lobby. The purse was later recovered and approximately $600 cash was missing from the purse.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 2:00 PM and Friday, February 7, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 23:00 (hours: minutes).
