Retail Theft Over $4,000 by 2 Offenders at Mariano's on East Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:59 PM Wednesday of a theft at Mariano's, 802 East Northwest Highway Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that two unknown offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their persons before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.

The first offender is described as female, Hispanic, approximately 40-45 years old, approximately 5'5" tall 120 LBS with shoulder length black hair and dark makeup.

The second offender is described as male, black, approximately 30-40 years old, approximately 6'04" 240 LBS and wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black/white gym shoes.

The offenders were last seen running from the area on foot.

The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $4,060.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 between 9:50 PM and 9:58 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:08 (hours: minutes).
