Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:37 PM Wednesday of a vehicle burglary at Xsport Fitness South, 320 East Golf Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized a green 2006 Jeep Commander. Police received a report that the rear passenger door window was shattered on a green 2006 Jeep Commander. A duffle bag was then removed from the vehicle. The bag contained business clothes, a BlackBerry phone, a Droid phone and a wallet. The wallet contained a driver's license and a credit card. The damage estimate to the Jeep Commander is $500. Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:59 AM Wednesday to a report of a rollover crash with injuries in front of the Elk Grove Township building, 2400 South Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a rollover crash involving one vehicle that was traveling southbound on Arlington Heights Road. The driver, a 76-year-old male, possibly fell asleep at the wheel before the crash. He was transported with apparently non-life-threatening injuries to a local hospital. Third Strong Armed Robbery In Two Months In Schaumburg

The Schaumburg Police Department (SPD) is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the suspect from a Strong Armed Robbery that occurred at 8:34 p.m. last night (Monday June 17th). A female adult resident of Schaumburg was approaching the entrance of a condominium building on the 300 block of South Roselle Road when two male black teens approached. One of the suspects grabbed a gold necklace from the victim's neck and fled on foot. The victim was not injured. No weapon was displayed. The suspect is described a male/black, 15-16 yoa, 6'00", thin build. (Computer generated likeness of suspect) SPD detectives are investigating two similar robberies that occurred in Beat 1 last month.
