Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:01 AM Sunday of a vehicle burglary in the block of 400 South Forrest Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered the victim's unlocked black 2002 Nissan Maxima. Reported taken was a flashlight and change.
