Black Helicopter Reported Flying Low Over North Side of Arlington Heights

A few people reported a black helicopter flying low over Lake Arlington and near Ivy School, just west of Lake Arlington. The incident was reported to police, and police checked the area, but the helicopter was gone before they arrived.
