Disturbance Involving Halloween Decorations At Apartment Near Arlington Heights Road And Thomas, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 4:27 PM Friday to a report of a disturbance at an apartment near the intersection of Arlington Heights Road and Thomas Street. Police received a report that a neighbor poured baby powder over Halloween decorations at the location. No word on any arrests or charges.
