Indecent Exposure Reported At Heritage Park On Victoria, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police responded about 11:15 AM Saturday to a report of indecent exposure at Heritage Park, 506 West Victoria. Police received a report that the offender was seen walking on the north side of the park with his penis exposed while walking a small tan dog. The female witness is 87-years-old. She wanted to get home as soon as possible, and was not sure if the man was urinating or not.
