Confirmed Shots Fired Near Cinnamon Cove On West Algonquin Rd, Mount Prospect
Mount Prospect police responded about 10:09 PM Sunday to a report of shots fired in the 1700 block of West Algonquin Road. Police received a report of a disturbance and shots fired involving a black Oldsmobile Alero.The black Alero was last seen headed eastbound on Algonquin Road.
Police were investigating with information that subjects wearing red, who fled on foot, and/or subjects in the black Alero were armed. At least one casing, possibly from a 9 mm was found at the scene.
