Arlington Heights police received a report Sunday of criminal damage to property at Sigwalt Street and Fernandez Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged a traffic speed trailer by spray painting black paint over the photographic eye. No damage estimate available.
