Schaumburg police received a report about 4:39 PM Monday of a residential burglary in the block of 1300 Valley Lake Drive Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized an apartment and ransacked the apartment.

The resident checked the entire apartment before police arrived.
