Some increase in clouds is expected this afternoon with clearing tonight. Temperatures are about 15 degrees below normal. A low of about 28 degrees is expected about 6:00 a.m. Thursday morning with a low wind chill of 19 degrees at the same time. The wind chill high for today is 38 degrees.
