Arlington Heights police responded about 5:45 PM Thursday to a report of disorderly conduct at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an offender made lewd comments and exposed himself to patrons in the parking lot. The offender was in a 4-door, silver 2003 Lexus IS300 -- a smaller sedan styled Lexus.
