Car Fire On Wing St East Of Ridge Ave, Arlington Heights; Pickup Truck Fire At Subway Rand And Elmhurst, Mt Prospect

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:51 AM Tuesday to a report of a car fire at Wing Street and Ridge Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a car was on fire with flames showing on Wing Street just east of Ridge Avenue.

Firefighters arrived to find a car on fire at the eastbound curb of Wing Street, and extinguished the fire.

Mount Prospect firefighters also responded Tuesday morning to a fire in the engine compartment of a pickup truck in the parking lot at Subway near Rand Road and Elmhurst Road. Flames were also showing from that vehicle.
