Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the frame of the victim's locked white 2011 Fuji Cross 3.0 road bike, value $700. The front wheel and lock were left behind.
The crime is reported to have occurred Wednesday, July 16, 2014 between 7:20 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.
