Rollover Crash Into "Dry" Reservoir At Rand Rd And Olive St, Prospect Heights
Prospect Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:55 AM Saturday to a report of a rollover crash with injuries at 1227 North Rand Road Prospect Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a rollover accident in front of H.O.M.E. Bar.
Prospect Heights Squad 9 crew arrived front and center on scene and discovered an SUV on its side in a dry reservoir at the northeast corner of Rand Road and Olive Street.
All vehicle occupants were reported out of the vehicle. Windows were broken out of the vehicle and all occupants were immediately sheltered out of the freezing rain.
Ambulances from Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights and Wheeling transported patients to Northwest Community Hospital.
No word yet on any charges or whether there was a DUI arrest for this crash.
Road conditions were wet with spotty freezing rain conditions.
