Road conditions reported to be very slick and Wheeling Public Works salt trucks were immediately called to the scene.
Wheeling fire command ordered Milwaukee Avenue shut down at Hintz Road.
Apparent minor injuries with possibly one person transported after a crash with a green garbage truck. One other patient is possibly a medical release.
