Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:40 PM Wednesday to a report of crash at the intersection of Golf Road and Plum Grove Road Golf Road and Plum Grove Road Schaumburg, IL.
Hoffman Estates Ambulance 21 and Schaumburg Ambulance 52 esch transported a patient to St Alexius. Schaumburg A54 transported a patient to Alexian Brothers Medical Center. There was also one crash victim that signed a medical release.
The crash was the second personal injury crash in the area in a little over than an hour.
