Two Crashes on Southbound Route 53 Between Palatine Rd and Northwest Highway, Palatine
Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:01 PM Wednesday to a report of rollover crash with injuries at 42.103858,-88.012425 (SB Route 53 just north of Route 14 Palatine, IL). Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that vehicle rolled over and was off on the right shoulder. At least one female was reported injured.
Firefighter/paramedics from Palatine Ambulance 83 reported a silver Chevy with heavy damage -- upright.
A second crash was reported involving three vehicles on southbound Route 53 closer to Palatine Road. Firefighter/paramedics reported three medical refusals at the second crash.
