Power Outage Arlington Heights: Tree Brings Down Power Line on S Bristol Ln Near Grove St, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:08 PM Monday to a report of a tree down that took down power lines at 345 South Bristol Lane Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a tree took down power lines and caused an odor of smoke in the area.
Residents reported no arcing or fire was visible.
Tower 1's crew reported a power line was downed by a tree, and ComEd should be informed that they will have to remove the tree. Firefighters also reported power was out in the neighborhood.
ComEd reported about 78 customers in the neighborhood were without power with estimated restore time of 5:23 p.m.
