Wallet Theft from Shopping Cart at Ross Dress for Less on East Rand Rd, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:01 PM Monday of a theft at Ross Dress for Less 370 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed the victim's black wallet with a Tweety Bird emblem from an unattended shopping cart. The wallet contained cash, a driver's license and a credit card.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, December 21, 2015 between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 1:00 (hours: minutes).
