Armed Robbery at Landmeier Rd and Route 83, Elk Grove Village
Elk Grove Village police responded about 8:21 PM Friday to an armed robbery at Landmeier Road and Route 83, Elk Grove Village, IL. Police received a report that an offender in a silver Chevrolet Impala displayed a black pistol.
The offender was described as a male/black, heavy set wearing a black hat and a black sweather.
The offender was last seen southbound on Route 83.
There is a Mobil gas station, Panda Express, Starbucks and a Holiday Inn near the intersection. The exact location of the armed robbery was not announced on the Illinois State Police Radio Network.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 8:20 p.m.
