Rolling Meadows police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:48 PM Friday to a report of bystander CPR being performed at Kirchoff Road and Owl Rolling Meadows, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a person was down and CPR was being administered at the corner of the intersection, but closer to Dunkin' Donuts.
Police were first on the scene and reported that people were at the corner doing CPR on a dog.
