Power Outage with Primary Power Lines Down Near Euclid Ave and Salt Creek, Arlington Heights -- Over 600 Without Power

Arlington Heights police and firefighters and Rolling Meadows firefighters responded about 8:54 AM Tuesday to multiple fire alarms, including Ditka's Restaurant, 2000 West Euclid Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of lines down and received numerous activated fire alarms.

Rolling Meadows also received a report of a utility pole on fire with arcing and sparking near Clearbrook Center, 3201 Campbell Street.

Firefighters also received an automatic fire alarm at Riverwalk Condominiums, 3401 Wellington Court.

Firefighters also rescued a staff member from a stuck elevator at Rolling Meadows High School, 2901 Central Road in Rolling Meadows.

Downed Power lines were also reported near Wilke Road and Euclid Avenue and near Fremont Street east of Salt Creek and south of Euclid Avenue .
