Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:03 PM Friday of a theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender removed a bottle of Hennessy alcohol, valued at $31, from the business.
The offender is described as a white male, 40 years-old, with a scruffy weathered look. The suspect was also described as having dark unkempt hair under a black winter hat, lwearing a red hoodie, a black coat, olive colored work pants and beige work boots.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, January 8, 2016 between 09:52 PM and 10:02 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:10 (hours: minutes).
