Armed Robbery at Dress Barn at the Elmhurst Crossing Shopping Center at St Charles Rd and Elmhurst Rd
Elmhurst police responded about 8:30 PM Friday to an armed robbery at Dress Barn, St Charles Road and Route 83 Elmhurst, IL. Police received a report that a man robbed the Dress Barn and took cash from the retail store.
A weapon was implied but was not displayed.
The offender was described as a male/black, tall, wearing a baseball cap, dark hoodie, black and red sweatshirt, Army green pants.
The suspect fled in an unknown vehicle
The crime is reported to have occurred at 8:30 p.m.
