A Palatine fire unit discovered a crash with injuries north of Northwest Highway and Hicks Road. There was a report of a person unconscious in a vehicle.

A second ambulance requested by 12:20 p.m.

One patient was transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
