Arlington Heights police received a report about 4:31 PM Sunday of a theft at Ulta and LensCrafters 456 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed two bottles of perfume, combined valued at $224, from the business. The offenders had just committed a theft inside the Lens Crafters, where they removed a pair of Oakley sunglasses, valued at $165, from the business between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The offenders were described as a white male and white female. The offenders were last seen leaving the scene in a silver 2016 Jeep Cherokee SUV.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, July 3, 2016 between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 1:00 (hours: minutes).
