Armed Robbery at Route 59 and 95th Street, Naperville

Naperville police responded about 2:06 PM Sunday to an armed robbery at Route 59 and 95th Street Naperville, IL. Police received a report that two suspects were involved in an armed robbery at or near the intersection.

Suspect Description ...

#1 A male/black 5'5" 130 LBS thin build, wearing a black mask, red hooded sweatshirt and gray pants displayed a tan and black handgun.

#2 No description was immediately available for the second suspect.

The crime is reported to have occurred at 2:06 p.m.

Traffic was jammed on southbound IL-59 just north of 95th Street in Naperville at 2:30 p.m. close to the PNC Bank on the northwest corner of IL-59 and 95th Street.

A PNC Bank, Bank of America and Speedway are located at the intersection.

No known injuries involving fire/medic response was detected for the time period around the time of the reported armed robbery.
