Fire at Mariano's in Westchester on Wolf Rd Gets Special Smoke Clearing Ventilation Unit from Elk Grove Village FD
Westchester police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 11:15 PM Tuesday to a report of a fire at Mariano's 3020 Wolf Rd Westchester, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a fire in a trash compactor at Mariano's fresh market grocery store at the northeast corner of Wolf Road and 31st Street.
The fire was extinguished quickly but smoke inside the building required the use of mobile ventilation units.
MABAS Division 1 MVU-1 resopnded from Elk Grove Village Fire Department at 11:31 p.m.
MABAS Division 10 MVU also responded.
