Armed Robbery at Auto Title Loan & Pay Day Loan Company on Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police responded about 10:06 AM Saturday to an armed robbery at Illinois Title Loans 822 West Northwest Highway Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report of an armed robbery at a Title and PayDay loan business on Northwest Highway just west of Euclid Avenue.
Police received a report that two men robbed the title loan/payday loan business.
Two subjects were described as male/black subjects wearing dark hoodies and tan pants.
It was unknown if a weapon was displayed or implied during the robbery. No vehicle description was initially declared.
The business has a back alley and is in line with several other businesses on the north side of Northwest Highway between Euclid Avenue/Salem Avenue and Kaspar Avenue.
Police patrol cars were on the scene and patrolling the neighborhood near the robbery scene immediately after the crime was reported.
The information is preliminary information and is expected to develop in the next 24-48 hours.
No injuries were reported.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 10:05 a.m.
