Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:42 AM Monday of criminal damage to property in the block of 4100 North Ridge Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged the victim's garage door with a cross bow bolt (arrow).
